Diane's Swimwear No Customer Service!!!!! “This place sucks!!!! My husband bought me a Twisted Heart sweatsuit from Mickey's/Diane's for Christmas, on December 20th. He knows I love their sweatsuits, but he purchased one with rabbit fur on the collar! And, the jacket is missing a few chrystals. He gave me the gift receipt to exchange it. I finally got down to Manhattan Beach to exchange it on Sunday January 16, thinking I was within the usual 30 days. The girl told me I would have better luck going to Diane's in the Manhattan Mall to exchange it. When I went there, they still weren't open, with NO hours on the door, or anywhere else. So today, January 20th, I had a few hours to spare and went to the Manhattan Mall location. The sales girl told me that they only exchange merchandise within 5 days of purchase!!!! Who does this??? Especially when something was given as a present and nothing is stated about return/exchange policy on the gift receipt!!!!!! I am now stuck with a $300.00 sweatsuit with flaws that I will never wear! I will NEVER shop at Diane's or any other store affiliated with them! \n”
